Aditya and Arvind set to reach out the world of sattvic cuisine to Bangalore. In a span for 5 years they have two state of the art restaurants serving its customers delightfully.
Chef Aditya Fatepuria
Hailing as a promising student from the prestigious IHM Bangalore, Aditya graduated in the year 2002 from one of the best hotel management institutions in the country.
After a stint at the ITC Sheraton, He went on to become the head chef at ISKCON. He also headed the top-notch food lab where cuisines from around the globe were recreated in the sattvic fashion.
He now is the co-founder of Sattvam.
An engineer by profession but a foodie by heart, Arvind discovered the concept of sattvic eating and joined the sattvic brigade in ISKCON in 2008. He was part of the core team along with Chef Aditya in promoting sattvic cuisine.
He is also now the co-founder of Sattvam.
